I have ported my number from EE, but since this as been done I can not make calls on my mobile. 

 

I've now spoken to several people about this from o2 and I'm getting told different things.

 

I can receive calls and message.

 

This as been going on since Friday now and I'm not happy with the way this is being handled and I'm getting very annoyed and I'm ready to make a complaint

You need to persevere with O2 I'm afraid.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

I would be inclined to consider a complaint as a last very resort. They currently have about an eight week turnaround time, and during that period, you might well find that all of the other O2 teams will decline to engage with you pending your complaint's resolution.   

 

That will inevitably mean that you current problem would still be unresolved in March ! 

 

A way forward has been set out by @Cleoriff ; please keep us updated on developments.
