I have two phones with different SIMS on my account. However, I can’t find the second one anywhere. Only twice today when I was clicked on ‘My O2’ did it suddenly show the two phones so I could select the one I wanted, but every other time it only shown the same one. Where can I find the details of the second one?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Sorry, I assumed it was a forum to help with common problems. Phoning O2 is the last of my preferred options as I’ve already lost at least 6 hours of my life in the last week just trying to get a problem sorted, and even then finally managed to sort it myself through trial and error.
