Monthly Repayment

Hi there, I took an AirPods 2 months ago and until now they didn’t debit my monthly repayment from my bank account. I’m just worried that my name will be in delinquent list without knowing it. 
may I know what to do? As I called the customer service I don’t have any outstanding balance in my O2 account but I am very sure I need to pay my Airpods.
