Mobile phone calls not working

My phone calls when using the mobile phone signal keeps cutting out and people cannot hear me.  I have changed phone and it still happens.  WiFi calls work OK though. 

I rang o2 to order a new sim, the call rep couldn't hear all of my call (the issue). I haven't received the new sim card so assume that my request wasn't heard.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
