Hi ,I can't turn on mobile data ,unless I toggle airplane mode first

Have you tried your SIM in a different handset ?

Or a different SIM, maybe from another network, in your 'phone ?

It's a known issue with O2.

An account reset is needed. Customer service should know this by now.
