Mobile data issue on Galaxy S10

I've just switched from EE to o2 via a new phone contract and got the Galaxy S10. 4g data seems really slow compared to EE and even worse some games that require data won't even load. These games are fine via wifi.

I've followed guides, reseting the access point, clear cache via bootloader, and a few other things but makes no odds.

I can get things like facebook to load and youtube etc., but games won't load. Is there something i'm missing? Is it an o2 issue? Little lost now and bit fedup tbh.

@Richjay77

On average, O2 data speeds are much slower than EE.

If you rely on fast data, switching was not a good idea.

Run some speed tests to see what you are getting, but there's no option to improve it yourself unfortunately.

If within 14 days, you can cancel and switch back to EE.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
