I have been struggling with slow data speeds in the area where I live and have reported it on numerous occasions with no success. When I carry out a network checker for my area I receive a notification that the 'nearby mast isn't working as it should, sorry.  Our engineers are likely to be working on the case already......' . This message has been present for the last three weeks. How can I obtain a more detailed update for this issue. Thanks very much.

Well we are all customers here and have no access to the systems.

I can then you, however, you are unlikely to get any further info from O2.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Chris_L  O2 won't give any info out re mast repairs. It's dependant on who owns the land the mast is on.

The best you can do is download the Mt Network app where you can get updates and report issues.

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

You could contact O2 and ask for some compensation. You may be lucky with that,

Best of luck.
