Mast down since I was moved to O2 network from Virgin

Was transferred to O2 and ever since I connected on 20TH January I have been advised that a mast is down, so my connection has been either poor or non existent! Now been advised that issue should be corrected by 24th February, but that is the 6th date I have been given. 

How to go about receiving a credit?
