Solved: Low Connection

Hello, I am having some issues on my connection lately has dropped to oly one bar almost on every season that I go. At my house used to be 4 to five bars but for the last month is only 1 somete two, when go around doing my thing I find it difficult to get connected to any of the services that a phone does provide due to its low connectivity, could you ease help me to figure out why it has dropped? Recently I made my partner swap to o2 on the basis of the connection and now I feel imbarased to mention that I cannot use my phone properly due to it.
