Yesterday I lost my iPhone 14 Pro max. Very annoying as I have never lost a phone, let alone a good one. I phoned O2 to report the loss, and also spoke to O2 insure to make a claim.  O2 blocked the phone and sim.  They sent me out a replacement sim first class which I found very strange, as I didn't have a phone to put it in.  O2 insure said it would take them at least two working days 'to make a decision'.  So what was the point sending me acsim first class ?

You can use the sim in any phone to get you going quickly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
