Lost mobile data internet on iphone

Just noticed I have lost my mobile data on my iPhone.   I have been discussing SIM cards, adding and cancelling with customer services. Could someone have pressed the wrong button somewhere.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Looks like they have ordered you a new sim card which disconnects your current sim immediately

Nothing you can do but wait for the new sim

You can try asking customer service to reconnect your sim but finding an adviser to be able to do that could be tricky
