I ordered an I Pad as an additional contract on my existing phone one and paid a £20 up front fee. This was on the 15th April and I still haven't received anything?
I got an email confirming the order had gone through but since then I have had no update. If I try to track the order or find any info at all there is nothing on my page as it says you can't track an order until it's dispatached?
I managed to get through to a live chat where someone tried to help me but it went silent with no response after a few mins!

They have been out of stock lately.
You'll get an email from O2 when yours is dispatched.
