Loss of service during and after Storm Arwen

Hi, just to ask if I can be reimbursed for 10 days loss of connectivity please?

This isnt customer services, and to be honest I very much doubt it, as it will be termed a natural event that caused the outage and if in the north hampered by Northen PowerGrid's incompetence.

 

Also as per the T&C's o2 dont guarantee a fault free network, and unfortunately Storm Arwen levelled quite a few masts, and also left access difficult. 


But you can try o2,If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

O2 will quite likely give you a goodwill credit for the 10 days, so if your airtime is £30, you could get a £10 credit.
