Cannot log in to the o2 app. Been having problems with this for ages.

This is not allowing me to set up my mobile plan for my Apple Watch.

Delete the app and reinstall

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Delete the app, restart you handset and then reinstall. 

Works regularly !
