Good afternoon 

I’ve been in a mental hospital since august 2nd hopefully leaving on the 17th sept. I have no way of making payment untill the 14th of sept where I will pay all owed fees. I think I did ring and explain this a while ago but I could be wrong. Could I please not have my line disconnected I’m very sorry regarding missing my payment.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
