Hi All,

 

We are about to move to a rental house which, currently, has no mobile signal whatsoever!  Internet services will be present, potentially fibre to the premises, so Voip is an option ever, text services etc still compromised. Suggestions please?

Are you saying no coverage on all networks, not just O2?

If you get broadband then WiFi Calling should be an option

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

SMS will work over wifi if you have an iPhone or on some Samsung phones.

Otherwise you'll need to rely on WhatsApp for texts whenever possible.

2FA codes won't work though in that case so you'll need to set up alternative methods of verifying your identity.
