The following site cell ID 1990790 LTE Band 20 is off air. The site has been going in and out of service since Friday 4th Feb. The 4G router attaches to the network obtains an IP address, then disconnects. Same with the mobile phone.
This is not the first time that O2 (Vodaphone) has had to do a reset on this site. Please can you do a reset again or swap the hardware so we have internet access again.
The site is a Vodaphone site that O2 shares on the A580 post code of my location is M28 1YR and only 400m from me.
