Just joined O2 and I’m trying to keep my mobile number. I’ve put in all the data requested and keep getting email saying Port In/ Migrate Request Validation Exception, sorry the information provided is incorrect. Please resubmit your request. Not sure where I’m going wrong! Can anyone help? Thanks
