Is my tariff the same as my airtime bill?

I have a 36 month contract, is that for paying off the device or is this tying me into the tariff?

Your contract is divided into 2 parts Device and Airtime so the 36 months TARIFF would be paying for all of that. See this guide Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

Your commitment is to the device plan.

Once that is paid off, your airtime tariff can be cancelled for free.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
