Hi,
My internet isnt working, it connects to wifi fine but doesnt connect when I dont have wifi signal.
Ive checked 'My O2' and under the data section it says -
'This information is not available at this time.'

First check the settings on your phone @Laura87.

If your phone is all ok, you will need to contact customer services to see if there is a problem on your account.
