My phone has updated and now I can't use some apps or the internet

Facebook and all their associated servers are down currently.

It's a Facebook issue.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

What phone is it? and what did it update to? 

 

Try resetting the Network settings on the phone, or a do a reset of the phone, bare in mind you will lose all data on the phone (photos / texts etc), so back up to the cloud service linked before factory resetting the phone
