I upgraded my pay as you go to £10 Big bundle tariff just before Christmas. I now have no internet access although WhatsApp messages are still getting through. I went into the Harlow O2 shop today and they changed my sim but it hasn't helped. They suggested I speak to an O2 Guru (they don't have one at Harlow) but I can't book an appointment. Help please.
