Hi,
My daughter has smashed her phone screen, I've made an insurance claim through the automated phone call system over a week agon but heard nothing. I've rung again to try and track it but got nowhere.
Any advice?

It could be a long time before the claim is picked up with limited staff
You may be better to call. If you can speak to an advisor then at least the claim will be registered
