Recently I have had issues with my phone signal, I have had a new sim to see if that was the issue but no matter what SIM card it’s still the same fault, when I have 4 bars, nothing will load.. then it will go to 2 bars and everything works super fast like it should. Also when I receive a call it will sometimes switch to 3G. I’ve tried every possible fix that I can find. Please help!

It could be a phone fault, and could be either the antennae or the algorithm on the phone, I would contact the manufacturer of the phone and see if they can advise..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu

Also try the help here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
