Incoming calls showing unknown

Hello!

I've found within the past week all my incoming voice calls have been showing unknown, even ones from people saved in my contacts. I'm using a xiaomi note 12 pro.

Recently there's been a phone mast down in our area which means I haven't had any network at home, I'm not sure if it's something to do with that or something on my phone causing the issue.
