On 2 occasions I have been told I have no data subscription with a mobile company so have no data .When I request help someone will supposedly get back to me in 120 minutes. 2 days later I’m still waiting 😂 I hope you are not proposing to charge me for these days

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
