So called gurus have yet to follow up and contact me lack of signal : Ref: 25118835
I have been sold a very expensive £25 monthly O2 contract by Virgin Media but get virtually no signal where I live - usually "H" or "E" - if I'm lucky. As a last measure I called into an O2 shop who at least tried to get wifi calling to work to try and alleviate some of the problem but they couldn't - despite it working perfectly well on my EE SIM (dual sim phone). O2 won't let me cancel the contract without Virgin agreeing, and nor will Virgin without huge penalty despite being unable to actually supply the expensive service I was talked into.
Your website "help" just takes me round in circles........

If O2 have activated Wifi calling on your phone,
(Check the phone is compatible here) https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
