I phone 13 Pro Max Signal Issues

I’ve just had this happen for the 2nd time now Since upgrading my phone. My phone will suddenly have no signal what do ever. The first time this happened I restarted the phone and it came back on. However this time I have tried everything. Restart, reset, on and off again, SIM card in and out again. Never had this issue with my old I phone x?

Did you use a new sim or your old one?

If the old one, I'd start with a new sim.

O2 will post you one or you can get one in any O2 store.

If it's the new sim, I'd contact Apple to check the phone out https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/
