I have two mobile accounts one of which is my mums. For personal reasons I would like to have the account for her number in her name. The account is currently in my name because I pay the bills but it now needs to be in her name with payments details unchanged as I still will be paying her phone contract. The website isn’t helpful and so is the app. I have called with receiving only white noise and no response
Pls respond ASAP as this query is very urgent

It isn't possible to change the name.
Your mum will need to apply for her own contract and pass credit checks, if accepted, you can then migrate the old number to the new contract.
