I have no network connection

There has been no mobile coverage at my location (TQ12 5SD) for 2 weeks and the O2 page says there is a problem getting access to the mas and the next update will be the 10th of November.

I called 202 and the service assistant took me through to the 'reset network' option on my phone.  Now I have no network at all and have been disconnected entirely from O2.

Help please

It says your mast is completely out. You are not best served by masts and I am assuming it is the one near the Go Local store.

At home I would suggest using WiFi Calling which will at least mean you can make and receive calls at home.

As we are all customers here there is little else we can do from our angle

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@VRM

Are they sending you a new sim at all?

If so, your old sim will have been disconnected.

If not, pop in your local O2 store, with photo ID and get a free replacement.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
