I cannot log onto my o2 as my number has been disconnected and I have called 7/8 times now either being on (automated) hold then cut off or terminating the call after being on hold over an hour (i have a video screen grab as evidence) and on the one occasion i did get through the agent could not take payment so he tried to transfer me and i was cut off. These delays have jeopardised my account so what do I do now?
