I have not had a signal now for a couple of weeks

Sorry to hear that @Bob833.

A couple of questions on things to check:

  • Are your bills up to date?
  • Have you recently upgraded or changed your contract (might have a new or replacement sim)?
  • Can you try your sim in another phone or another sim in your phone (to see if either or both are broken)?

The final step would be to get in touch with customer services to get a new sim and to check your account. There are alternative numbers to try and hints on getting through in the below guide.
