This has resulted in my card being blocked, and missing medication texts from the local surgery.
I pay for the phone, I pay for the service, yet I can speak to no one to get this resolved, unless I want to buy a new phone.
I have googled all the usual issue and please do not tell me to toggle airplane mode on and off.
I am 67 years of age an very unhappy with a service which requires I post to a community.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
You can call o2 using a different phone or Skpe ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) on 0800 902 0217 or you can message o2 on Social Media see the above
