If the MyO2 app is not playing ball, and you cannot log in using a browser to  https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin then you will need to contact O2 and get them too look at your account, @pennylow - they can be contacted on 202 for Contract and 4445 for PAYG, or use Twitter, Facebook or Instagram via the Social Media link just below.
