I can't get onto my new 5G SIM all I get is emergency calls

I  have just gone onto 5g on an Android phone after being told my phone would accept 5g by one of your guros.  My phone is HUAWEI P20 LITE. All i can get at present is emergency calls, can you solve this problem please.

@george19491948 You need to swap your sim, but O2's systems are not running well at the moment due to the crisis, so this is not a good time to be swapping. You could potentially find yourself with no service at all. Use your old sim for the time being until things settle down. When we are back to some sense of normalcy you can swap then.
