I've had the Mate20 Pro nearly 2 years now and at time of purchase the in-store guru stated WiFi calling as one of the selling points. Now I live in a house with near to no signal this is imperative yet I can't seem to see the option on my phone even after activating it on my account.

Please assist!

Hi @Ljosepuk

It's available on your device, unless you are PAYG. You need to call O2 again to make sure it has been activated.

Hi, you say the mate 20 Pro is supported as long as it's not PAYG, but it is still not showing in the latest list of supported phones as of Sept 2021.

Is it definitely supported?

Many thanks,

Simon
