Thank you for your advice but unfortunately I couldn’t get it to work, so I have sent a Snail Mail to O2 via Royal Mail.

I am re writing this as when I tried to send it, it was asking me to log in although I am already logged in and it would not accept my new password nor my old password.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

If you are looking to get Tech Support via online chat, you need to hover on the shop page between 8.00am and 8.00pm :-

O2 Shop | Discover Our Best Phone, Tablet & SIM Only Deals

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Online chat will pop up when an agent is free. You'll need the bottom link for "Non-sales query".

I'm having the same problem. Not a technical support query, but trying to chase up a mobile phone order.

When I click on the Virtual Assistant link it takes me to the community forum instead.

It's 11.20am so there should be customer service agents available.

If there's an unusually high number of queries they could maybe use a pop-up asking people to try later, or in my case send me an order update to say there's been a delay. As a new customer it doesn't inspire confidence.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

See links below

Or you can call them from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255
