How do you contact o2 when it's near impossible to find their number and when you do call they just disconnect you??? Communications company they say??
The issue I want to contact them about is calls dropping after 30 minutes. Wait times these days are often longer than that.

It's very easy to contact them the number is on the contact us page that is linked to on the bottom of every page...
That's is because people don't want to work in a call centre and be abused by the general public on a day to day basis and go and work in higher paid jobs, where they don't get verbally abused every day.
You might be better contacting them via social media, if you don't want to wait in a queue just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
