Just bought Motorola G13 and currently have a Samsung SM-J510FN but Curry's say sim does not fit and I need a new holder.  Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Many thanks

Many thanks jonsie but it's 02 sim card that doesn't fit, isn't it down to 02 to supply it?  I've had the phone a good seven years.

Kind regards

@Taff_D

Just pop into your local O2 store with some photo ID and they will swap it for free for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You did state that you needed a new sim holder not a new sim card

As @MI5 says that is the easiest way to get a new O2 simcard with your number

😁  I was just repeating what the Currys fella told me.  I have just checked and it is, in fact, just the sim card being too big.  Can I request a replacement online or do I still have to go to the shop in middle of the town.  A place I try my best to avoid!

Cheers

You can order online but O2 will switch off your old one immediately so you will be without signal until the new sim arrives.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Also worth checking if your current sim can be converted.
