How can I cancel my Sim my monthly payment it was changed from £6 to £11 something f

I recently changed from Virgin Media to O2 for my monthly Sim payment. When I first joined them last month. It was £6 they’ve told me this month in July that it’s going up to £11 something in August I wasn’t notified of this change. How do I change this? I cannot afford this payment
