Hiding my caller ID

I have a Moto e13 with O2. I have already set the phone to "Number hidden in outgoing calls", yet my number is still being displayed to everyone I call - including companies & people that I have never contacted before

Can anyone help me withhold my caller ID by default (I do not want to have to dial #31# before every call) ?

Unfortunately, changing the settings to "Network default" still displays my caller ID

Just tested mine, it comes up as anonymous when a call is made after selecting the circled option below, @Humbata

Set it on your phone, then restart the phone, see if the setting stays in effect, perhaps?

That doesn't work either - that's what the setting was previously !

I guess a visit to an O2 store is required ?

If a restart of the phone has not helped, resetting your network settings may be the way... Moto phones sometimes lock the settings.
