I live in Vietnam and I was using an O2 sim PAYG (previously had pay monthly when I lived in the UK, I've had this number for 10+ years)

But it appears the number has stopped recieving SMS messages and it's been removed from this account, is there any possible way to retrieve this number please? It's actually really urgent as I need it haha.

Any help would be so grateful!

Thank you all, have a great day grin

Tim

@timboss12 You can reach O2 via social media for help:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Alternatively you can download Skype and call customer service: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104

0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Edit: I was receiving messages up until 12 days ago (17/11/2021). Been using this number for a long time but now it's stopped :'(

Should be back in England now but covid problems, so an extended stay here lol. Need this number to  desperately be able to receive SMS's for OTP's though
