I've been a victim of upgrade fraud, they fraud team have sorted it out. But I'm still on the rubbish tariff that the scammers put me on. I've phoned numerous times and been told will change back to normal in a couple of days but also 24hrs and nothing has changed! I'm not paying £22 for 3gb of data. Also I've change my security question yet they keep asking the original one?
