There was fraud on my account 4 weeks ago & 3 weeks ago the fraud team said they’ve investigated and they amended my account back to normal, now yesterday my phone has been blocked, I can’t have any outgoing or incoming calls/texts or data and the messaging operator was no help saying the account is being investigated but the investigation has already been concluded, now I’m without a phone which I need for work and I can’t even contact o2 as my phone says no service.

We're just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
