Hello
Service status for my area says the network is due to be out of action for another week! ending 9th April.
I need my phone for work at home and I don't know what to do. I need help to restore the signal or compensation.

@Anonymous You need a phone capable of WiFi calling.

You can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call them on 0800 081 0255. They should be able to help you get connected if you have a compatible phone.
No network guarantees 100% uptime. Repairs and upgrades need to be done. It's in your Terms & Conditions.
You can call customer service and lodge a complaint. If you've not had service for any length of time they may offer a goodwill gesture, but it's at their discretion.
