I bought a new SIM card for my daughter’s first new mobile phone. I have gone to activate it in her mobile, and now my mobile phone will not make or receive calls. What do I do?

It would appear that you have upgraded your number by mistake.

You need to contact O2.

Thank you. My daughter’s new mobile is now active with my number. Will I be able to put her SIM card in my mobile and it will work for me?

Yes you can and it will work, but your sim will have the contract you chose for her on it.

You will then need to get her a new sim to use in her phone.
