Hiz I ordered a phone and set up a contract on Sunday the 13th sep. I received my confirmation email and all of my legal documents the same day. However I didn't realise I had to open the legal document, I thought it was just a copy of the documents. I opened them on Tuesday 22 Sept. I haven't heard anything back. I don't want to order the phone/set up contract again just incase the first one went through. I haven't had any money taken off me.
I haven't had an email saying its been cancelled. I was wonder if anyone knows if it would of been cancelled?

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
