I recently contacted hermes about a delivery i was expected to receive from then and it had now been over 2 weeks since there was a delay in it being sent out, the parcel in question was the free headphones i was getting with my Xperia 1mk2. I have emailed again since to ask why there has been such a delay but as it's been over 48 hours it's not in there policy to chase up and i was to contact yourselves to see what you are able to do on your end?

O2 don't send them out. They come directly from Sony so you need to call them. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
