Free Apple music link does not work

Hi, I have a SIM only 12 months contract for now 2 weeks including a Free Apple Music for 6 months and the Free Apple Music link sent to me by text message on 1dec, redisrecting me to the PRIORITY App does not work. When clicked, it says “The Priority content is not available”. I have made multiple useless phone calls to 202, finally received an email from O2PriorityEnquiries@o2.com asking me to do various things like updating my phone…etc and it is still not working. 
What are my options now apart from being extremely frustated and unimpressed with O2 customer service in this matter.

Yeah, nothing will work, and no one at O2 will do a thing about it.

Apologies to o2 staff reading this, but it's true.

Not once has any staff helped me with same issue
