On Monday I took up the offer of 6 month s free Disney+, sent the text and received one back saying that I would receive another text within 24Hours to activate the offer, I am still waiting!! when I go to my Extras,Disney + is there and says I need to activate it before I can watch, when I press on activate it comes up with error code 404? contacted customer service about the issue but they were no use, I won't be renewing my contract after my current one runs out. Very poor O2
